El confuso título de la carátula nos puede hacer pensar que se trata de un disco en directo, pero no es lo que encontramos dentro. La mitad de las canciones provienen del rarísimo grupo anterior de Ernie Joseph: A Giant Crab Comes Forth. Las otras 5 canciones son temas inéditos del guitarrista junto a la mítica banda de Janis Joplin.
