Reedición especial limitada en LP de vinilo por el 40 aniversario de la mítica primera casete de Esplendor Geométrico EG-1. Reconocida historicamente como un clásico incombustible no solo de E.G. si no de la música industrial en general.  Portada elaborada manualmente una a una con adhesivos, sello y numeración. Además incluye un inserto DIN-A4.  El diseño reproduce las plantillas originales de 1981 para realizar las fotocopias que servían como portada de la casete, respetando así esa estética característica de la época.   
 
"Tras eL primer single “Necrosis en la Poya” (1981),  Esplendor Geométrico sacaron su primera cassette ese mismo año: EG-1.   Grupo de culto y pionero de la música Industrial, fueron también uno de los primeros casos de independencia de la historia musical española; independencia financiera y estructural, pero también creativa.  Estos primeros trabajos fueron auto-producidos y distribuidos por el propio grupo antes de la aparición de los sellos independientes españoles de los ochenta.  La primera edición de EG-1 (300 copias) se vendió rápidamente dentro del  circuito internacional underground de sellos de cassettes que empezaba a tomar fuerza durante esos años. 
 
Posteriormente fué reeditada en este mismo formato por distintos sellos como Datenverarbeitung (Germany 1982), Ortega y Cassette (Barcelona 1985), EGK (Madrid 1987), y Línea Alternativa (Madrid 1989), además de dos ediciones en CD más tarde publicadas también en el sello Geometrik y en Captain Trip (Japón)
EG-1 sin duda uno de los trabajos fundamentales de Esplendor Geométrico donde ya empezaban a desarrollar su estilo único de música Industrial rítmica de gran influencia posterior en otros artistas.  Temas como “Muerte a escala industrial”  o “Neuridrina” están considerados por sus fans como entre los mejores grabados por el grupo.

After their first single, ‘Necrosis en la poya’ (1981), Esplendor Geométrico released their first cassette that same year: “EG-1”. A cult band of Industrial music, they were one of the first cases of true independence in the history of Spanish music. Not only financial and organizational, but also creative independence. These first works were self-produced and distributed by the band themselves, before the appearance of the Spanish independent record labels in the early 80s.

The first edition of “EG-1” (300 copies) quickly sold out in the international underground circuit of cassette labels that was emerging during those years. It was reissued on the same format by different labels such as Datenverarbeitung (Germany, 1982), Ortega y Cassette (Barcelona, 1985), EGK (Madrid, 1987) and Línea Alternativa (Madrid, 1989), and later on there would be two CD editions.

Without a doubt, “EG-1” is one of the fundamental works by Esplendor Geométrico, where they started to develop their unique style of rhythmic-noisy- industrial music which would be such a great influence on other artists afterwards. Tracks like ‘Muerte a escala industrial’, ‘Destrozaron sus ovarios’ and ‘Neuridrina’ are regarded by their fans as some of the best recorded by the band.

Special limited reissue for the 40th anniversary of the first cassette of Esplendor Geométrico. Cover is handmade one by one with stickers, stamp and numbering. It also includes a DIN-A4 insert. The design reproduces the original 1981 templates to make the photocopies that served as the cover of the cassette, thus respecting the characteristic aesthetics of the time.
